A brief overview of the standard of each session is below:

All Stars Plus (18.00-18.45)

Based on the immensely popular All Stars programme we run for 5-8 year olds, All Stars Plus will focus on developing key co-ordination and skills for children - with cricket as a starting point.

The varied games and hands on coaching allows children to progress at their own speed, with a focus on enjoyment

This is perfect for:
- Complete beginners
- Those still learning basic skills (bowling with a straight arm / hitting a moving ball)
- Parents who would like to be involved to help children develop

Note: You do not need to have already signed up to All Stars to be part of this. Kit will be provided but children may bring their own.
This is not affiliated with the ECB All Stars programme.

Intermediate Soft Ball (18.50 - 19.45)

This is aimed at those children more developed in their cricket. We will be doing lots of bowling and batting games, and starting to introduce them to more of the rules of the game.

We will also think a little about tactics / playing as part of a cricket team and hopefully start to lay the foundations for a transition to hard ball skills in the coming years.

This is perfect for:
- Those who can bowl with a straight arm and relative accuracy
- Those who want to play "proper cricket games"
- Those looking to transition to hard ball cricket in the next 1-2 years

If you do have any questions about which session would suit your son or daughter, please get in touch. You are more than welcome to bring them along to try each session in week 1 to find their best level.

Any other questions, please do get in touch with Rex Hugill – Junior Coach – on cricketrhc@gmail.com
